How do I add new agents to my Comm100 account?

You can add as many agents as you need in your Comm100 account. 

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log into your Comm100 account.
  2. Go to Agents in the Global Settings module, then click New Agent.

  3. Enter the agent’s information.




    Click More Information to extend fields to add more information.



    You can add this agent into certain agent groups in Roles. After that, the agent will inherit all permissions assigned to these agent groups.
  4. Save.
