Getting the live chat code is an important step before you start using Comm100 Live Chat. You need to copy the code first, and then paste the code onto your web pages.

You can use our default code plan or have a custom one.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Log in to your Comm100 account.
2. Go to Campaign > Installation. You will find the installation code there. 
   
3. Copy the live chat code and paste it onto your website.
   

   Note: If you have multiple code plans, you need to select the plan you’d like to use first in order to get the corresponding live chat code.
