How do I reset Facebook Page’s integration with Comm100?

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log into your Comm100 Control Panel.
  2. Click Ticketing & Messaging on the left menu.
  3. Go to Channels, then click Facebook.
  4. Click on Add Facebook Page.
  5. Re-log into your Facebook account and authorize the access.
  6. You will now see a list of Facebook Pages that can be integrated. Click on the Reset button next to each page you wish to manage inside Comm100.
  7. Click Ok to confirm the change.

Now your Facebook account has been reauthorized for Comm100 integration. You can keep handling social media queries from your Facebook pages from inside the Comm100 Agent Console.
