Display name is the name you have set for yourself which is shown to your website visitors in your chat window. You can easily change your display name in your Comm100 account
Step by Step Instructions
1. Log in to your Comm100 account.
2. Go to the Global Settings on the top right.
3. Click People, then go to agents and click on the agent's email address.
4. Input the display name in the 'Display Name' field of this agent.
5. Click Save Changes.
After that, the agent's display name will be changed.
