To provide secure and stable Live Chat service, as "Data Processor", Comm100 uses services provided by third parties, like Data Center, IaaS, DDoS protection, AI engine, etc. These third parties (AWS, Google Dialogflow, etc.) are used to host the applications and customer data, preventing platforms from DDoS attacks. Comm100 may need the services to process Personal Data to make these third-party services working. The vendors that are processing the Data Controller's Personal Data are all Sub-processors.
