If you are an administrator or have permission to manage agents, you can reset password for agents in your account.

Note: A site administrator owns all permissions of your account.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Go to Global Settings, then click People under it.
   
2. Select an agent and then click its Rest Password icon
   

3. Reset the password for this agent.

   
4. Save Settings
