How to edit the information of an existing agent?

If you are a Site Administrator or have permission to manage agents, you can edit your existing agents’ information.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Click People in the Global Settings portal.
  2. Find the agent and click their email.
  3. Edit the agent’s information.

    Note: In this page, you can change the email, display name, status and etc. of this agent.


  4. Save your changes.
