Is there a preview page for me to check how my live chat settings are working?

Yes. Comm100 Live Chat provides a preview page for you to check your live chat settings.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Comm100 account.
  2. Go to Campaign> Installation on the left menu.
  3. Click Live Preview.
  4. You are now on the preview page, and you can click on your chat button to perform testing and check how the settings are working.

    Note: If you have multiple campaigns, you need to select the right campaign first.
