How to create Internal Tickets?

Internal tickets allow your agent to create internal tasks in Comm100 Agent Console and assign them to other agents in your team. See the instructions below on how to create an internal ticket:

Step by step instructions

  1. Login to the Comm100 Agent Console.
  2. Go to the Ticketing & Messaging
  3. Click New.
  4. Click Internal
  5. Fill in all the details and hit Create & Send.

After that, an internal ticket will be created for the assignee to follow upon. You will also see the history of this ticket with the changes Log.
