Comm100 Live Chat is a real time monitoring and chatting tool. With Comm100 Live Chat, you can have a 360 degree of your on-site visitors by viewing their detailed information and tracking their activities.
Step by Step Instructions
- Log into your Comm100 account.
- Go to the Live Chat module.
- Click Get Online & Chat to log into Agent Console where you can monitor & chat with online visitors.
- Go to the Visitors tab and you’ll see a list of visitors on your website.
- Select on the visitor and click Details to view the detailed information of the visitor from the right Info panel.
After you install the desktop app, an icon with Comm100 logo shows up on your screen. You can click on the icon to log into agent console directly without having to log into your Comm100 site account first.
