Is Spell Check supported in Comm100 Live Chat?

Yes, we provide spell check for English, French, Spanish and German in Comm100 Live Chat. Spell check improves your chat efficiency.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Open your Agent Console window.
  2. Go to Live Chat settings from Preferences.
  3. Enable Spell Check in Language.  
  4. Choose a language you want to use from the dropdown list.

After that, when a word is misspelled, you will see a red wavy line under the word. You can right-click on the word and choose the correct word you want to use.

Note: If you are using the web browser edition Agent Console, the Spell Check will be available in Chrome or Firefox. As the spell check is browser-based, it can support nearly all the languages that the browser provides. In case the spell check fails to recognize misspelled words in your Chrome or Firefox, please check the language setting in these browsers and make sure that the spell check for a certain language is enabled.
