Yes.
You can set up a pre-defined and personalized message which is sent to the visitor once a chat is started. Each agent can customize his/her own auto greeting message.
Step by Step Instructions
1. Log into to Comm100 Agent Console.
2. Click Preference then Live Chat.
3. Go to Shortcuts & Greetings then check 'Automatically send a pre-defined message after a chat request is accepted'
4. Edit your message and insert macros which you feel needed. Then click OK to save your changes.
