Step by Step Instructions
- Log into your Comm100 account.
- Go to Campaign > Chat Window.
- Click Advanced and enter the email account(s) in the Automatically email chat transcripts for archiving or followup box to receive the chat transcripts.
Note: If you have multiple campaigns, choose the correct campaign from the top-right dropdown first. - Save Changes.
Now, your chat transcripts will be automatically sent to the specified email account(s) after each chat ends.
