We do not accept returns since all products purchased from Prep Sportswear are printed-on-demand; as well as, embroidered, or sewn on-demand.

We apologize if the item(s) you received does not meet your satisfaction or are defective in any manner. We ask that you do not ship any items you received to our corporate or warehouse locations as we do not provide a return shipping label for your order.

We do allow replacements if one of the following criteria is met:

*Your item has manufacturer damage or defect
*Your item was damaged while being shipped

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, so we may assist you.
